Children, newborn through 10-year-olds, must be JCC members to register for a class. (Some exclusions may apply.)
Registration will not be processed until payment is received in full. Membership must be in good standing for member-only classes.
The JCC or its agents may record and/or photograph programs and
use such images for publicity purposes relating specifically to the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades, its program and services, at its discretion. Your presence in the JCC and/or participation in any program or service is deemed your consent to appear in such photographs and recordings without compensation or notification. If you do not wish to have any family member's photo used, you must submit a written letter to the JCC stating this along with a photo of the individual/s concerned. Please address all correspondence to the Marketing Department.
A 5% sibling discount will be applied when more than one immediate family member in the same household takes the same group class at the same time. (Some exclusions may apply.)
REFUND AND PROGRAM CHANGE POLICY
If a class is canceled by the JCC before the first session a full refund will be issued. The JCC will prorate refunds for classes canceled after the session begins. If a class is canceled by the registrant before the first session a full refund will be issued. If registrant cancels after the first class, the JCC will prorate refunds for classes not yet attended. If the registrants cancels after the second class of the term, the JCC will prorate credits to the person’s JCC account for the balance of the classes.
Cancellations or changes made to private sessions/lessons/trainings must be made more than 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
All payments for tickets for plays, concerts, special events and vacations days are non-refundable.

These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the JCC. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
