Meet Our Nutritionists
Robin DeCicco is a Holistic Nutritionist. She counsels individuals and families using her program, ‘The Power of Food Education,’ which promotes overall health by combining the most recent scientific findings with specific interventions that lead to health and balance.
Robin acts as primary nutritionist at Englewood Hospital Medical Center’s Graf Center for Integrative Medicine and through this role she presents workshops on various topics tying nutrition to health to physicians as well as to members of the community.
As a nutrition expert, she has been quoted in many health articles featured in publications including U.S. News & World Report, edible Jersey and Bergen Magazine.
Robin has spoken at many conferences, including Bergen County Professional Women’s Network and New Jersey Bankers Association Annual Human Resources Conference and also leads corporate wellness workshops and recipe demonstrations at many corporations, including UPS, Jet Professionals and the American Association of Advertising Agencies.
Nina has been immersed in the field of Health & Wellness for over 25 years. She began her career working privately with individuals as a personal trainer and also as a group exercise instructor covering a wide range of activities from cycling, yoga, and swimming to Bar Method and weight training.
Most recently, Ms. Spiegel has worked at the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine at Englewood Health. She works with clients in various capacities including weight loss, menopause management, osteoporosis prevention, and sports nutrition. She individualizes each program to meet the needs of the individual and supports her clients on their path to successfully meet their personal health and wellness goals.
Nina lectures on a wide range of topics from prenatal and cardiac nutrition to the Keto Diet, dairy free and Mediterranean diets.
Ms. Spiegel holds a Bachelors in biology from Hampshire College and earned a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and Anatomy from Boston University. She holds a certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as a degree in Holistic Nutrition. Nina has a degree in Wellness Coaching from Wellcoaches. In addition, Nina studied at the National Academy of Sports Medicine to become a specialist in weight loss and behavior change as well as fitness nutrition.s
